  I am a local resident and have been living in Parkes for 20 years now. I went to this florist on Mothers Day to buy flowers for my mother, as I have always done every year on Mothers Day. But in previous years I had bought flowers from another florist in Parkes because at the time we had more than one florist in Parkes, now we only have one - which is 'Pink Orchard Cafe De Flowers' so of corse it was the only florist I could go to. I was very dissapointed to find they had completely sold out of flowers. Just shelves and shelves of bare nothing for sale. Not one bunch of flowers for sale left. How can you run out of flowers on Mothers Day when you are the ONLY florist in town? This is NOT acceptable! And I stood at the counter and waited and waited to get served to ask if they had any more flowers out the back, only to finally be served by a little kid who came from out the back of the shop. All other staff were too busy attending to people in the cafe. This is not acceptable. You should have more staff working on this day and enough supply of flowers in stock. I will not return to this florist again and will order flowers online even if I have to pay a lot more to get them delivered to Parkes. It's Mothers Day for God sakes. Thumbs down to this business.

  This the best place to get my morning coffee in Parkes. Breakfast is always on point, not to mention the beautiful display of flowers changing daily.

  I am a regular patron of both the cafe and florist and would find it difficult to go anywhere else for the combination of friendly service, great food, fabulous family atmosphere & space (my children are always welcomed and staff do there best to cater for them) and really creatively expressed floral arrangements. I have purchased both personalised floral tributes for family funerals to small bunches to encourage others during the seasons and have received only ever good feedback from those I gift them to.
