  The man behind us waited 5 minutes to be served because the same girl left with friends and nobody else attending front. Absolutely, truly a horrible experience. Almost left without the food, definitely not worth while.

  Hopeless service...had two people behind the counter just standing there which neither would take my order they wanted another worker to do it ...Like it's so hard to take someone's order!! Supposed to be under new management but I must say that KFC Parkes is getting worse.

  Waited for chips, which were still raw. Food was disgusting, service was even worse. Raw chips with no seasoning, delicious?! Haha, not!

  Nice KFC store, clean and tidy. Sometimes they run out of things like chicken some times (about dinner time)... Staff are very friendly.

  Absolutely disgusting. Staff are discussing plans to get drunk with friends before even recognising she has customers to serve. Half way through ordering, interrupted by other useless staff members.
